I’m not sure if this is my future but all I’ve found new recently is post Girl Graduate Plan boxes.
This one is dated 1995 and I’ve never seen it before so I’m calling it “rare.” It is made of pine and is in excellent condition and it came with a key.
There’s no signature on the “art” and the bottom has a date stamped in ink (from the factory) of 1995.
In other news, I was able to speak with a descendant of J. Arthur Krauss this week. J. Arthur, is the idea man behind the Lane Girl Graduate Plan and our hero. Without going into too much detail, the gentleman I spoke with was very nice and excited to hear that someone is interested in what J. Arthur did back in the 1920’s. However, no treasure trove of information was uncovered during our chat. There are other family members he is going to talk to about my project so there’s still hope.
That’s it for now. Happy Easter!
